14.2 Hospitality Mystery Audit Professionals Initiated Cancellations
Services may be postponed or cancelled due to auditor emergencies, operational or technical limitations, safety concerns, or events beyond our control. We will reschedule or refund as appropriate; no compensation for indirect losses.
14.3 Delivered Reports, Consultations, and Services
Once delivered, no refunds will be provided.
14.4 Non-Refundable Fees
Travel expenses, customized modules, special auditor arrangements, and gateway charges are non-refundable.
14.5 Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds processed within 7–14 working days depending on payment mode and gateways.
14.6 Client-Initiated Cancellations
a) More than 15 days before audit: No cancellation fee; advance refunded/credited (minus admin charges).
b) 3–7 days before audit: 50% cancellation fee; remainder refundable/creditable.
c) Within 72 hours: 100% cancellation fee; no refunds.
