All payments are non-refundable once an audit or consultation has commenced. Third-party payment gateway terms may apply separately.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property of Hospitality Mystery Audit Professionals including audit tools, scoring systems, templates, software, methodologies, and branding remains our exclusive property. Clients may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials, reverse engineer audit tools, or remove branding. Limited rights are granted strictly for internal business use.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality for operational data, employee interactions, performance metrics, scores, insights, and recommendations. Refund & Cancellation Policy
14.1 Service Booking & Confirmation
A service is considered confirmed when a proposal is accepted or an invoice/advance payment is received. Confirmation binds you to agreed timelines, scope, and deliverables.
14.2 Hospitality Mystery Audit Professionals Initiated Cancellations
Services may be postponed or cancelled due to auditor emergencies, operational or technical limitations, safety concerns, or events beyond our control. We will reschedule or refund as appropriate; no compensation for indirect losses.
14.3 Delivered Reports, Consultations, and Services
Once delivered, no refunds will be provided.
14.4 Non-Refundable Fees
Travel expenses, customized modules, special auditor arrangements, and gateway charges are non-refundable.
14.5 Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds processed within 7–14 working days depending on payment mode and gateways.
14.6 Client-Initiated Cancellations
a => More than 15 days before audit: No cancellation fee; advance refunded/credited (minus admin charges).
b => 3–7 days before audit: 50% cancellation fee; remainder refundable/creditable.
c => Within 72 hours: 100% cancellation fee; no refunds.
